At FurEase, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details of our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – Try It at Home

We want you and your pet to feel confident when shopping with us. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee allows you to try your item at home.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product even if it has been tried, provided it is not excessively damaged. The requirement that items be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging applies only to standard returns and does not apply to returns made under our satisfaction guarantee.

Eligibility for Standard Returns

To qualify for a standard return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Personalized or final-sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

  • For defective or damaged items, FurEase will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return process first and place a new order for the replacement item.

How to Start a Return

  • Include your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return authorization along with instructions on how to send your item(s) back
